Toustrup Mark, 30 km west of Aarhus, has 25 apartments and a total of 70 inhabitants.
The community is spread over 50,000 m2 of land with a forest, a soccer field, a volleyball court and a private beach.
Toustrup Mark has also create a kindergarten where parents can leave their children during working hours.
It seems that living in co-housing is very educational for children who learn from an early age to interact within an extended social structure.

Toustrup Mark, a 30 km a ovest di Aarhus, è composta da 25 appartamenti e ha un totale di 70 abitanti, di cui la metà sono bambini e ragazzi.
Toustrup Mark è un paradiso dal punto di vista naturalistico: si sviluppa su 50.000 m2 di terreno su cui si estendono una foresta, un campo da calcio, un campo di pallavolo e un piccolo lago con spiaggia privata.
Sembra che vivere in co-housing sia molto formativo per i bambini che imparano sin da piccoli a interagire all’interno di un sistema di socialità estesa.
